What to Expect

The Hero Image: Use one powerful, high-quality photo that shows the result of your work (e.g., a happy student, a rescued animal, a clean park).

  • The "Why": Write two or three sentences that explain exactly what a donation accomplishes. Use "You" language: "Your gift provides meals for families in need."

  • Suggested Gift Amounts: Don’t just provide a blank box. Give people options (e.g., $25, $50, $100) and label them with impact.

    • $25 provides one week of supplies.

    • $100 funds a full day of programming.

  • The "Monthly" Toggle: Make it easy for people to become recurring donors. This is the "lifeblood" of nonprofit stability.

Cover the Fees: Include a checkbox that says, "I'd like to cover the processing fee so 100% of my gift goes to the mission." (Most donors will check this!)

  • Automated Receipts: Ensure your system sends an immediate email receipt that includes your EIN and the "No goods or services were provided" legal disclaimer.

4. Checklist for Your "Ways to Give" Page

Beyond the standard credit card donation, you should list these other "Paperwork-Heavy" options:

  • Bequests: "Include us in your will."

  • DAFs (Donor Advised Funds): A popular way for modern donors to give.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

How It Works
  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
