Our mission

Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour was established in 1999 in Dekalb County, Tennessee by local artisans to develop and maintain the arts and crafts communities living here and in Cannon County.

Dedicated to preserving and promoting our craft, we also create art and craft educational opportunities. As a community-focused non-profit, we cultivate supportive relationships with other organizations, local businesses, and groups.

We’re also passionate about providing cultural experiences that allow everyone to appreciate the arts and treasure the unique qualities of handmade items from skilled craftspeople.
